leigh is on the high harmony on the “when the rhythm” part im pretty sure! and yes she was the first one to release solo things but this is her second solo- perrie is next (she’s just started promo and is hinting at april) and jade is unknown for the moment

Jade has had stuff written since before the breakup but it seems she’s been held back by her label, which bloody sucks since she was the writing powerhouse of the group. I think she was meant to be on Calvin Harris’ most recent project (last year?) but don’t quote me on that She def has stuff registered and has written with other artists, but I feel it might be too late for her debut now especially since it’ll be following Perrie and her level of popularity :(( I’d be happy if she just jumped on a few collabs every now and again since albums are a “dead” art form for “small” artists anyways, she def has the personality to just jump on a track whenever she wants!
Jesy, the girl who left (hence making LM a trio) was the first to release music, and only has two singles so far. Leigh Anne (pronounced Lee-Anne!) is the first of the trio to start her solo career, and Perrie is following suit as she just released a debut teaser last week :)) Leigh Anne and the fourth girl Jade were both the songwriting powerhouses of the group and behind quite a few of the LM fan favourite/underrated tracks so I always had faith in Leigh! Interestingly, Perrie has been working with writers and producers from all different backgrounds (pop, ROCK, hip hop, dance etc) so it’ll be interesting to see where it goes from here!
