dulu duduk kt jepun, aku selalu masak kari malaysian style utk member2 jepun.. kdng2 kalau ada event apa2, diorang akan jemput buat kari, kdng ada event psl mengajar memasak masakan2 luar negara, aku selalu buat kari, sbb ak tau org jepun suka makan kari.. mcm ni gak suasana dia, kecuali audience lg ramai.. mmg meriah bergaul dengan orang jepun.. diorang mmg sporting..

Hi Malay Pan, not all Malaysian food is spicy. You just need to know which dishes to choose and what to avoid. Nasi goreng has non spicy version, nasi lemak if you want non spicy can always say "no sambal" (no cili) or "no pedas"( no spicy). Malaysian chinese dishes mostly very suitable with japanese palate, so do indian Rotis like roti canai, very tasty and not spicy.

You can try making kek batik and sagu gula melaka, if you want something familiar, try buah melaka as its skin taste pretty similar to mocchi...these are the dessert that is easy to make on the stove

I also ate laksa for lunch today, and suddenly nobu posted this video. Yet, i still feel tempted to eat laksa again😂 Laksa is one of my favourite food! But it's actually not a Malay's cuisine but Baba Nyonya's (chinese people who are assimilated with Malays's culture & tradition.)

Good job anak2 but, sorry ia, you all have to remove the mould from that chopping board, ie the black part as it might be harmful to your health.
