Great video! I highly recommend to Google Marketing team to decrease the precision of this product price from $1, 700.00 to just $1,700 When I see so many zeros on my screen I start to get a little scared :D
It is not simple. However, I am working hard to study 8 hours a day to learn. I hope that in 3 years I will be able to be a good professional and be a useful member for humanity.

Great stuff. Stephanie covers the colocation solution but that can be expensive. There are technologies like Pureport that let you directly VPN to Interconnect, even from AWS or MSFT that lower the fees to from $1000's a month to $100's.
That's the Partner Interconnect option, going through a partner instead of directly to Google. Handy when doing multi-cloud to on-prem connections, when you can't meet Google at their Interconnect locations or when you don't need a full 1 Gbps cable
Hi Piyush, you can take a snapshot of the persistent disk, create a new VM it in your custom VPC, then attach your snapshot to it. cloud.google.com/compute/docs/disks/create-snapshots cloud.google.com/compute/docs/disks/add-persistent-disk#create_disk
i want a bidirectional connection between on-pem and gcp. however there is no public IP assigned to GCP VP instances. So, using the dedicated interconnect can the on-prem server ping the private IP of GCP VM?

To clarify, Dedicated Interconnect means setting up a GCP Cloud Router. Cloud Router peers with your on-premises VPN gateway or router. It dynamically advertises routes to your on premise peer.
5 years later and still gold explanations thanks a lot.
I'll eat the whole playlist

First class presentation 👌🏽
Can you provide insight into testing the connectivity via the Network API?

Thanks for the content. Please provide more videos about interconnect in hpc cases.
I have migrated a VM to GCP but it got configured in default VPC and i cant move those migrated VMs to Customer VPC. Kindly suggest a solution.

Yes you can do a private connection between on prem and the cloud without public IPs by using Cloud Interconnect. See 3:48.
How could we choose a liable service provider in local area? And when it's bankrupt or can't operate services.. How could we get a compensation?
Is this a faster version of MPLS?
is there any possibility to post a video about using partner interconnect ?
I'm planning on doing more videos in this series and will make a note of your suggestion ☺️

03:54 dedicated interconnect uses peering to communicate on internal IPs ? something is wrong I guess...

Consider me going to ignant about this to slightly educated... Thankyou
Thanks for the video! I found the bouncing back and forth distracting though ))
Nice!
Wow...😯😯😯😯
Niceaaa
Not judging, but funny how this is Google, yet I see an Apple watch somewhere in the video
