Adler is the American Dragovich. He’s also learned from him. Mason remembered the base in BO1 and allowed the N6 plan to be stopped. Adler lies about his past, does not fully brief others and ruthlessly cuts off loose ends. Bell and the doctor in 6 can’t tell others what they told him if they’re dead. Adler serves US interests and is only good if you look at it through that lens. If you played a Russian Black Ops campaign? Adler would be a terrifying antagonist.
Agreed. I honestly saw little difference between Adler and Dragovich other than Adler didn’t actively try to release WMDs on the public. I chose to side with him because I didn’t want to nuke Europe but the fact so many people call that the better ending tells you how messed up they found what he did.

I feel like if we are getting another black ops game this year you think there will be flashbacks from Adler like they did with woods in bo2 if the game is taking place in the year of 2035 that will mean that Adler would be 98 years old if he’s still alive that’s if they continue his story
Adler, in my mind, isn't necessarily evil, but he is a necessary evil One thing that Call of Duty does best is blurring the lines between good and evil. But that's war, right?
@Deathmare235 I think the old call of duty games before 2019 was pretty straightforward. Good vs. evil, but after MW2019, it changed the whole franchise We just never realized how much
He’s not evil, just ruthless against his enemies, a price with the gloves off. His story, woods, and mason’s will end soon though, they’re all getting pretty old. And most of these games take 5 - 10 years after each game. Cold War was 1981, Gulf War was 1991. Adler is in his mid 50s. So if another game takes after those years, he’ll be pretty worn to even operate in the CIA. Woods is useless, Mason’s gonna probably appear again in the next black ops game, but REALLY old. If anything, Adler’s story might end in the next black ops.
I love how we're calling Adler evil for executing Gusev but we're not gonna talk about the fact that Price & TF-141 execute damn near everyone they interrogate.
Its decent. Has some cringe moments, but overall pretty fun. Adler is the best character I've seen in COD in a long time. The villain is done kind of poorly. Woods takes a backseat (haha). Sev is ite. Felix is trash. Troy's a good character. The story's a bit less fleshed out. But overall, a decent time. If 5 was average, it's a 6/10.
He serves the agency and government that defines right and wrong for him. Overall the US in this game is on the side of the west “good” so he’s truly a hybrid of lawful/chaotic good
Nova 6 is more powerful in terms of killing. The cradle isn’t a toxic gas, it only drives you insane, makes you overly aggressive and hallucinate, as what happened to case a couple of times in black ops 6. Nova 6 is a toxic chemical that when inhaled can cause an immediate death, Nova 6 can be a can kill an entire city if dropped in the center but if the cradle was it’ll probably drive everyone insane
Adler is a soldier simple as that. He is given orders he does not question and will win by any means necessary. No matter how immoral it is. Same as Waller. Same as Cesil.
I'm gonna be honest even if I was betrayed by adler it didn't come as a shock to me the player because I was a brainwashed loose end well Bell was anyway which the ending didn't surprise me I still think that case is bell and bell was blasted in the leg knocked out and brainwashed later on
