Acrylic paint starts to dry very fast , what you add to keep it wet for longer period .
Sarita Sharma yes, It dries faster. You can use a container with lid or use butchers tray type palette and cover the left over paint.
Sarita Sharma You can use palette wetting spray, palette cloth to make the paint moist.
Sarita Sharma I sometimes mist some water on top of my palette. Not too much.

Any left handed painters out there? I'm having so much trouble trying to figure it out.
I know this is rather late but all I can suggest if you don't have any software to reverse then watch it in a mirror, this is all I can think of
