- Buakaw at his very best... Buakaw's Muay Thai training routines have had millions of TH-cam hits over the last few years since he moved to the new Banchamek Gym in Bangkok. However, I think the best footage of Buakaw was captured during the time he spent at the Por Pramuk camp while he was fighting under the K1 banner in Japan. The footage is incredibly raw and reveals his very humble beginnings as a typical Thai fighter in a Muay Thai training camp in Bangkok.

@@Ravensregen mma fighters know more than one martial arts. Muaythai fighters are very good in stand up fights and I would even say no stand up fighter or striker is better than Muay thai fighter but they are not good on the ground.
@@robleyusuf2566 That's something they can adapt to.Buakaw isn't a scrub so he'd figure out the different clenches and ground technique's.. He's different as you can see. He trains different .
@@Ravensregen If we go to Muaythai rules no one mma fighters can get close to Buakaw but if it comes to anything goes the mma fighter will win. If Buakaw goes to against likes of George Saint Pier, Khabib Nurmogamedov and Tony Ferguson in mma rules he is going to lose no doubt about it.

Actually he brought his pad holder with him when he left Por. Pramuk Gym and opened Banchamek Gym.
This is literally how every gym I've been to in Thailand trains!

do you still review gyms? and what gyms have you rated 4 or 5 stars? I never see many rated 4 or 5 stars on 2 or 3 stars.
I don't do the reviews anymore mate. I realised it's more hassle than it's worth as gym owners in Thailand don't really appreciate honesty! A lot of them advertise themselves as something they're not to get foreigners to train there and they're used to getting away with it as most foreigners don't know any different. However, as soon as somebody writes an honest article about their training experience there they seem to have a huge problem with it.
