Just wanted to share my thoughts. Well, for me I keep track of my finances on a regular basis. I would say i’m thrifty so every transaction is being monitored. I also use an app in which I manage my budget and spending. This is somehow useful so you will know if you have exceeded your allotted budget on certain things. Well when it comes to food, the majority of spending should be allotted in this portion as this is a necessity. So its fine if you spend a lot of money for food. However, you may also want to consider cooking instead as this is way more cheaper than buying. But of course if you are too busy and doesn’t have time and energy to cook, it’s fine to buy cooked food outside. Just sharing some tips so you won’t feel guilty spending too much on food. 😊
