It’s the classic game with updated graphics,additional enemies and Dinosaurs, new tricks traps and paths, updated mechanics, and all new surprises along the way. Mario and the gang have decided to take a break from adventuring only to find that there is yet another adventure to be had! It’s the same old story, Bowser kidnaps the Princess blah blah blah.
This is a re-imagining of the original game with sort of a Lucas twist. Now Dinosaur Land actually has a wide variety of Dinosaurs, Luigi is his own man and not just a color swap of his brother, Toad joins the adventure with tips and useful item stops, all new original levels, and much much more! Feel like reliving the fun of Super Mario World with some added challenge? Give this hack a whirl. It’s a BLAST FROM THE PAST!

Interesting piece of trivia:
Reptiles never stop growing throughout their lifetimes.
Dinosaurs are just really big reptiles just like the many giant animals found as fossils.
So cool
Not really since birds are reptiles and do stop growing at adulthood and since non-avian dinosaurs’ closet relatives are birds, some probably stopped growing like birds.
I know this isn’t a new Dino, but I noticed that the big rhinos spit fire. They don’t do that in the Original.

Oddly enough it was planned for the original game but they either forgot about it or changed their mind at the last second. The graphics for it are in the original game code.
Ik those Dino Rhinos don’t breathe fire but I hated those Dino-Torches
For those who haven't seen the dino listing I posted, I call the chompy guys Chitters (as in chitter chatter lol). They are actually a modified version of the Beta Baby Yoshi. Rapto is a modded adult Beta Yoshi
They are great! Did you remove some of the hidden exits in forest of illusion? Or did you change them?
The hidden exits are the same cept the ghost house. For some reason in the original the ghost house secret exit is easier to find than the normal one so i moved a couple things around. Pay attention to where the yoshi coins are and youll get it.

I just noticed! The big dinosaur from chocolate island has been improved now it can do flames upwards like the torchers and can also breath fire forward! Subtle yet great changes!

It has original enemies including a nightmare inducing birdo-dino that spits eggs/fire,
toads with different voices,

The dinosaurs and giant bugs lived separately. The giant bugs were in the Carboniferous, not the Cretaceous, Triassic, And Jurassic periods.

Those flying wigglers is another enemy that should be in Mario Maker 2. Just like Thwimps, Bowser statues (both the ones that jump at you and spit fireballs), Pokey, Chargin Chuck, Mega Mole (Monty Mole with sunglasses) and Torpedo Ted. So many good enemies are missing, I hope at least some of them are added as DLC or something.
Also, I hope that ghost ship got some ghost dinos. It would be pretty cool to see some them finally, because no ghost house have had any of them yet.

The lack of dinosaurs in Dinosaur Land never bothered me, but now that I'm aware of the problem, I'll never be able to ignore it.
The only thing that would make this better would be the addition of more jurassic backgrounds and environments. ...and maybe a soundtrack with more diversity.
I thought about doing that but the truth is this was my first rom hack and I'm surprised I was able to do as much as I did. It was also very important to me to not change too much of what made this game so great. There are updates coming soon though, the comments from these videos are inspiring some more ideas.
