Eugene OR is my home, born and raised. What happened to Floyd was wrong, this violent destructive behavior is even more wrong. This is not the path to make a positive change, would Floyd want to be honored this way? Non-violent resistance and passive protesting will make more ripples in the ocean of racism and inequality. Two wrongs will never make a right. I am ashamed to see the people I have rubbed elbows with for so long taking this path. We can do so much better, and accomplish more good by choosing the better path.
