The basket is super thoughtful. You kept in mind your Daughter’s interests and wants . You did an awesome job ! Love watching these videos’ and making gift baskets too.
My daughter is 20 I still get Easter baskets and I don't buy the cheap little things that are going to break or the thrown in the trash I like my baskets to be intentional and my daughter has a Stanley in her basket this year
Totally understand the interest in the thought process behind stuff like this. That is half of the reason why I watch these! Also, don’t worry about having an over-the-top basket. I have the same approach to my eight-year-old son’s basket- no budget, and mostly non-candy things that represent how well I know him. Go you!😊
Your kid's Easter basket, your decision. No need for apologies or excuses. Also, my 15 y.o. has been an avid Hello Kitty fan since she was little, and she's getting that same Cinnamon Roll lol.
Never apologize... my kiddo is 23 and she gets makeup, gas cards, etc in her Easter basket. My mom made us baskets until she passed away... it's all about what is right for you!!!
Mom to an only daughter here. She’s 23 now, and I still make a basket for her. I probably always will. Some years the budget has been lower than others, but I don’t think she has ever noticed, because of the thought that has went into each one. I also make baskets for my nieces and nephews. They used to all get the same candy and mostly the same items, but now I am more intentional with my purchases, so they only get snacks or treats the like. I also try to get a few non-food items that are more specific to each one’s interests. Hope you all had a Happy Easter!
Love the basket and thought you put into it. My daughter also loves Cinnamoroll. If only my daughter enjoyed reading as much as your daughter though. It would have made me happy lol
A really lovely well thought out basket. All the items will last beyond the spring. I have so enjoyed putting our almost 8yr olds basket together. Also gone with graphic novels (bunny vs monkey and pooshkin), a bookmark light, hair bows and claws, seamonkeys (previous years we've had butterfly kit or grow kits) and jellycat daisy. Snacks wise 1 Lindt chocolate bunny and some easter Percy pigs from marks and Spencer and a spring/summer lined raincoat in her favourite colour. Im from the England, just on the border with Scotland and weather can be changeable but we love to get out and explore over Easter holidays so our basket will often contain some sort of outdoor clothing like new wellies, umbrella or spring/summer waterproof coat.
I'm 56 and Hello Kitty was popular when I was growing up. My aunt would take me to the Sanrio store in the Japanese plaza. Amazing how it has remained so popular.
i don’t think it’s that crazy at all to get her a stanley for easter 😭 it’s a cup so it’s actually somewhat useful and it’s something she wanted. at first when u said it was expensive i thought it would be like a nintendo switch lol (then when u said status symbol i knew it was a stanley)
Great basket. Yes all kids want to fit in at the elementary, jr high level. By high school that goes away. As a parent you should help if you can no kid wants to be the weird kid that doesn’t fit in. It makes their life 50 times harder at school. I agree with you. I love my Stanley and don’t care what people think.
My kids are 3 and 2 and 8 months my 3 and 2 year old love those little toys you wind up and they jump or walk around 😂 I got them one last year and it's only just broke so getting them more this year people call it tat but my kids love them and play with them all the time 😂😂
Mama, do your thing! I hate when moms feel the need to explain their parenting...it is your kid, nobody else's!! If you want to spoil her, do it!!! It is nobody's business or position to tell you otherwise 🫶
First time viewer, why can't you do your childs basket without the cost coming into the picture. Alot of us spend mega bucks on baskets. My great grands are getting baskets fr this Nana the cost me over 300 each. They are getting summer clothes and several pr of summer shoes and books and jewelry and all the reg things that children want in their baskets. I have a 7 yr girl and soon to be 11 yr boy that knows hes not a baby anymore
They are all grown up and live in their own homes now! ❤ We won’t see them for Easter, but I usually get them and my husband some little treats if we do see them. Husband gets Cadbury eggs. ❤
U dont have to explain yourself mama i have a 3 year old little girl and a 9 ywar old boy and i went all out on their basket as well i love spoiling my babies why not ?😅

I think that’s so sweet!
She will love it.

It’s good to know other people are interested in this stuff!
This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very precious and very peaceful as well:).

Oh and lego! We love lego in our house, it's something we do together on the inevitable uk rainydays over the Easter holidays.

You do not have to apologize for what you got your kid. I also got my two.kids Stanley's. But we got the smaller kid size.
Glad I’m not alone!
