Most underrated 80's movie..!They filmed this in Reseda and Canoga Park California where I grew up... Every time I drive down Reseda BLVD at night I think of this song and sometimes I'll even bump it through my subs in my truck...People look at me funny, they jus don't know about this classic,lol...

I had this movie, D.A.R.Y.L., and Streets of Fire all on the same vhs as a kid. Was left home while my parents worked and i took care of the smaller kids and i would play that same vhs virtually every day.
nobody mentions Jim Carroll and 2 of his songs in the movie. just rewatched and had a double take at seeing Jim. The basketball diaries with Leonardo Di Caprio is autobiographical of Jim Carroll.

This is one of my favorite movies of the eighties it's a very underrated movie I miss the 80s

The best film of James spader the story is so good
It's almost like a modern version of the film called Rebel Without A Cause (1955) starring James Dean, Natalie Wood, and Sal Mines. Great film.
