In my opinion Epic skin "Sanguine Rose" is better than starlight cause if you look closely vexana's starlight skin had an indicator effect whete they can know what time it will drop/activate for an example is her 2nd skill and 1st skil also its ult
Wish they would change that thing on her 2nd skill before it explodes, where it has a vines wriggling with each other then incorporate the flower when it explodes Also, starlight was far more better than her limited epic by a lot, if they retained some of the old effect on vexana's epic, then it might be able to compete with her starlight. Wish they would further optimized that skin
Her Epic skin is nerfed to the ground due to the revamp, her old loading portrait was BEAUTIFUL and HD and now its SD , Moneytoon well done, it's a big F U to those that spent money to get her time limited epic skin.

This SL skin makes the Sanguine looks special/ellite. The summon in SL is better.
The Starlight looks like a collector grade, if Moonton want to give a little upgrade to that skin then it would be collector already
