Greens bell peppers tomatoes spinach lettuce. Protien chicken salmon lean beef. Carbs red potatoes or sweet potatoes. I usuall get 4 miles in the morning 4 miles at night. And bout 2 hours of boxing. I eat two meals a day breakfast and dinner maybe a salad and chicken breast for lunch. I also need to lose bout 20 pounds.
That really depends on your conditioning for try out 50 meters then stop. Jog and then 50 meters and stop try mixing up your trail look for a cliff and run up the cliff then back down. If you can do 50 ramp it up to 100 meters. Hope that helps

I run from 8 to 10km on a daily. And theb train for like 2 hours. Inneed adcice on food. What to eat on abudfet for amareur boxers starting out.

I want to run but I don’t know when to sprint and stop . I’m just about to run 5 miles for the first time

Try to run 3 miles within 28 minutes and work your way down to 18 minutes over time
