We're in Calico Rock, Arkansas. It's 45 minutes south of Missouri border, in the Ozark mountains.
Why are you taking it upon yourself to apologize on behalf of other people? Most wouldn't be happy living with the walls and ceiling and that's ok. It's important for them to know what people want which is a blank landscape to do with as they like. I'm sure there's someone who would like this but it's not for everyone.
There's only one way to settle this debate..... I hereby propose we become neighbors ❤
Next time do a quick video check to make sure your fingers are not in the way again. It was hard to see it clearly with your fingers in the way 🙃

You could use same type material to cover with plain white.

if you take off all the rock looking stuff and maybe put up wood paneling or something like it, you will have a better chance of selling it ....especially for a woman ...its just to much

not a fan of that foam wall covering at all. Too dark and every seam shows so it looks cheap. Also the white paint has gotten on the red siding right by the entry door. That is easy to fix I know but looks sloppy on the video. Don't like that the siding goes all the way to the ground. Not worth the price .
We can order you an unfinished incredibox and have it delivered to the property for you.

The tiny house looks nice. It looks like the siding was put all the way to the ground? Can the bottom portion be removed easy if the house needs to be moved or access to underneath the home is necessary (for heat tape in the winter, etc.) I like the faux stone on the walls inside.
Yes. It can be just as easily cut before transport as it would have to remove skirting. The extended siding method was more attractive.
There is a large access door on rear side of house, for easy crawl of large adult.
i think you NEED to explain to anyone who watches this video, that the tiny home is built by Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport Tennessee, BUT, the property HAS NOTHING to do with Incredible Tiny Homes.
SO when you label your video as Incredible Tiny Homes Exclusive Property, its quite misleading for those who dont know that you are talking about the tiny homes and NOT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY. YOU own the actual property/land, RIGHT ?

Sell it to the themed nightly rental business & they can make it a Minecraft themed rental.
The wall covering is actually already themed to the property & the town of Calico Rock. It's hard to capture that until you're here, so it's understandable that it gets a lot of unusual attention online.
Wall and ceiling is horrible house has potential but those wall coverings yuck
I'm noticing ppl either strongly love it or strongly don't. It's easy to tile over with same materials though.

Hi Lyn Marie, There are additional lots for rent on this 10-acre property already. This will be a small community to accommodate the neighbors desire. However, I do plan on developing a 2nd community in Calico Rock when we reach full capacity here.
