WOW - WHAT a fascinating and interesting documentary about Kodak in coburg . Sad to see it close down . I was living in Brunswick during those years and I remember going to Kodak in coburg for a job . I was under 20years of age at the time . Big company , I was unsuccessful in getting a job there . Many people wanted to work there . THANK YOU very much for this interesting documentary about the history of KODAK IN COBURG .
I worked there at Coburg for some years in the early 1980's in building 4 as a slitter/perforator. I knew it was a good job with good pay and conditions. Sad to see it close. There have been times i regret leaving... 'mists of time and all that'. The people i worked with were an excellent crew.
