I have a bird named pika. he recently or so I thought hit his wing. My dad turned off the light that I thought got him scared when I woke up and walked in the room. His muscle wing was bleeding I was so scared I didn't know anything I thought it was because when I walked in the room he hit himself in the cage and got scared. I admit I don't really take him out especially because of how busy I've been I was 8 when I got him now Im 13 and im scared we called the vet and they said not to stress him out and to come sometime later but we could take him but we all had school and work. what do you think I should do right now he has a big bald spot under his wing and muscle and has some red spots like blood but not really on that bald spot can you please tell me what's best for him? he's 4 years old.

Give him time to heal that wing, no loud sudden things that may scare him as he should limit flying and when you can, id start trying to gain their trust and take them out more. I have lots of videos on that 🥺

Zupreem natural pellets, many parrots like these, but in my opinion the best one is Harrison pellets.
