Something really awful in seeing one player using other as a tool to gets kills rather to help a team and win a game. Plus you always get uber longer if you pocket someone, but sometimes those people milk it at spawn.

Overhealing every single player is underrated by less experienced medics; you basically double your team's effectiveness with little effort. But I don't see why you're mentioning it here.
