Are you using the built-in 400hz test tone for biasing or did you add a 15khz oscillator somewhere in the schematic? It would be nice to share a tutorial as other commentators hinted.
how did u wire the bias from inside to the pot ? I wanna do the same , i have a castte deck with a integrated amplifier and i wanna exclude it and use the pot left from it to adjust the bias
The most important here is the idea, to use master as bias, not the mod itself. I have not made the tutorial as it really simple. Maybe I will make it later.
It is very interesting. I use double coated tapes like Basf Maxima & Reference Maxima and I'll be very interesting to squeeze them to maximum. Thanks for your answer and let us know about mod tutorial.

I rather mod the pots for the level calibrations for 15/16 speed to be for the bias adjustments as who would use 2.4 besides 📻.
Superb deck. Unfortunately not designed to accommodate FeCr tapes.
