For those worried about a nerd or complaining about ziz making a vid on it. He has been streaming it to over 15k plus people a day doing this. The devs surely know of the method even before this video and not just from ziz. I assume it wont get nerfed and if it does it wont be too ahrd because end game mapping is just better. I used this method to respec a build and get new gear for the build after the cast on nerfs. That about all this is good for cause your only progression is getting currency. No exp, no atlas passives, nothing but currency here and there.
@zizaran in halani gate farming or any rare farming you can also use helmet devouring diadem to consume corpses so you can use all skills freely and faster since it auto consumes a dead body.
Ziz, don’t know if you see this post, but I was reviewing your shockwave totem leveling build in Maxroll and the slider for gems seems to have an error. It shows Sunder being available at character level 20 and then again at 27 with support gems. I believe Sunder is a level 31 gem. Of course I could be missing something, but thought I would toss it out there. Yeah,I know my comment has nothing to do with this video!
The Venom Crypts, next to the waypoint of Jungle Ruins, works really well for me.(akt 3 lvl 35) Bit of a longer farm, but i enjoy it more than just slay a boss all over. thx for all the help♥
Don't know if it's worth nerfing the ninth treasure thing cuz the act will be normal difficult only when the game is released so it might be good trick just for early game
Great video been sturggling to find a new aquaduct for me tough if i try to respawn to fast after using unearth i get disconnected and when i load back in the items i picked up are out of my inventory when i wait untill the bonelings are gone and then respawn it works just fine
@jusspimpin kinda? you can just get a low level skill gem from one of the early acts and get a skill that way. not sure if that breaks whatever youre after.
i did this technique with the bloom boss in act 3 cruel... i killed it ten times and only 2 times of the 10 it didnt drop me yellows or currency. i found it way better than the beetle
idk if my rng is just crazy but I get more exalts in campaign then I do in early mapping. I mean mapping I get items to sell but raw exalts not there in low maps
@@paxt17 If you respawn to checkpoint. It will every few rounds crash you to menu. Rolling your character back losing whatever you dropped on that round. So if you get a rare or an exalt best to town than go back an checkpoint. I am 100 percent certain about what I am saying have tested it plenty.
You cannot keep adding sockets to a corrupted skill gem. Don’t know if it was hot patched or if the info was bad, but I just tried and it was not possible.
The first one could be that u are in act 2 cruel atm. The overlay is not the same like in act 2 normal. Another thing is that the map layout is another. so yeah.
How in the WORLD are you loading in when "respawning at checkpoint" that fast is the real question? :P loading in and out of zones, and opening the "world map" also takes freaking aaaaaages :P
i don't think the beetle or any checkpoint farm warants any nerfing, as you said it's better to just do maps or farm this for a few hours to get started. The game has enough bs difficulty as it is and even with that im liking the game a lot but there is a limit. We can't be constantly punished, we play games to have fun and while some level of challenge it's fine but if there is much restrictions and non sense difficulty then it becomes a chore.
meanwhile, i'm sitting here and i can't play the game because it crashes my pc. Its been a couple of days now, no information at all from ggg. Affecting probably thousands of players...hope for the best

To me the rare farm on checkpoint really isn't a bug abuse at all. You are using the mechanics in place by ggg. We can call it a design flaw/loop hole eventually but you are using the feature as it's intended to be used really. It's just silly that everything respawns and that there's a rare sitting on a checkpoint.
Jonathan stated in an interview that rares and chests, etc. wouldn't respawn so that players wouldn't exploit death and checkpoints in order to farm. The beetle is an unintended interaction due to it being unique and so is a bug, which could be considered to be exploiting a bug.
Yeah cruel Lachlan just guarantee one shots my sorc at some point of the 10+ minute fight so I've moved on. God bless people who apparently don't have jobs and can no life this poor excuse for a "game"

Why is your act 1 map different than mine. Clearfell camp is all the way to the south for me, and hunting grounds is near the north.

if u kill the scarab while its frozen the body shatters so it works with the re-spawn thing

NeverSink posted a super basic "filter" just for the sake of highlighting. For now you have to manually update it via the text file.

The bug farming is not working for me, whenever I respawn at the checkpoint, the rare monster is dead already, only the generic mobs respawn.
The key is destroying the corpse. I don't know how many classes have an ability that does that.

No, you can't use gemcutters and jewellers on corrupted gems, but you can still use Uncut gems to level them up
