My great great great uncle Captain Wesley Mellard of Co D 13th Mississippi Infantry Regiment of Barksdales Brigade fought at the Peach Orchard at Gettysburg July 2nd 1863
He do have a way with words, don't he? But he gets the kiddos involved and his way of orotating hist-o-ry keeps a person on their toes. And enrapts ya to boot!
Great video... As you know, PCNTV was there as well. Since they had him on the lav mike, I had their video in one window, and yours in another. After Syncing the audio, I watched your video, while mostly listening to their audio, because your video was better (for the most part) than theirs. Overall, it was a very good experience. I hope I win the lottery or something, and get a chance to get to Gettysburg at some point. I'd love to do one of these tours in person.
Thank you for like . Every thing is timing . They did so. Ole kersaw and Barksdale . God bless them!!! Men who knew general lee and loved the south they laughed at death !!!!!!! Thank you!
My Gr-Gr-Grandpa was there fighting Heavy with the 7th New Jersey Vol. He survived that!. While my other Gr-Gr-Grandpa was about 5 miles East of Gettysburg Fighting Gen. Custer. He was with Gen Fitz Hugh Lee with the 2 Va. Appomattox Raiders Calvary He also survived. So glad they didn't see each other!!!
Matt is a class act, known him since the 80's. Well done Matt.

"If you're going to get men ready to die, you better get them excited about it". Great quote.
