- Today's video is probably one of my favorite videos to date and also one that felt like it was so far away for so long!
Our baby boy is finally able to come home! We are so proud of the strides you made and what all you have conquered! Bringing our baby boy home from the hospital was something we had looked forward to since finding out Sam's diagnosis at our 2o week anatomy scan. We found out his diagnosis in January of 2022 and October 31, 2022 we are bringing him home... what a journey this has been. What a journey this will continue to be. Oh, I lost it when I saw the joy on Sam's face when he was riding in the car. 😭 It must be so absolutely amazing to watch him taking in the world he's never known for the first time. I can't imagine the emotions. I mean, I'm sitting here blubbering just from the video. 😄 Your dad did a great job helping you and Chip get all those precious moments. You are such a wonderful mother, Mady. That is evident. These days may be hard and the nights long but you are stronger than you know! Everything will balance out and one day, you just might get a full night's sleep. But how worth it to experience these times with your children and all the stories you'll have to tell them and videos to show them. Saying some extra prayers for you tonight. 🙏🏻

I went back and watched all your journey with baby Sam. What precious kids you have 🥰and what an amazing parents your babies have ❤❤Though your journey is not easy, but it is definitely one full of love and trust in God. It's like all my fear of what's to come has dissolved when I saw the gentle touch of your finger to baby Sam's head. 🌻

Thank you for posting these videos and your journey! My son is having his VSD repair on the 23rd of this month and my heart is Hurting im super nervous! It’s been 84 days in the hospital so far 😭😭 I can’t wait to walk out those doors with my precious boy!
