Almost two years ago, I was run over by a Ford Explorer rental SUV that malfunctioned and went from park to reverse while I was removing the luggage at our Airbnb. I recall time going so slow and that I could distinctly smell the rubber from the tire inches from my face - and my thinking that it all felt pretend and I had the sensation I was watching from a different vantage point. I recall my suddenly shifting from the tire to the realization that my mom with dementia, was inside the car and my 14 year old son was merely feet away. And I recall my dad’s presence (who passed in 2005) and my being able to communicate to him through non words asking if this was real and if this SUV was going to kill me and maybe my mom and Charlie? And I felt and heard internally my dad responding “only if you want it to be real. Choose life now Carrie if you want to live.” And I chose to live. It’s hard to explain these experiences. When I retell the story and know that I was inches away from dying but my choice not to, allowed the car to impossibly twist away from me and go around my son. I certainly was very badly injured, but I am okay. While I was laying alone in the dark in the hospital for the next couple of nights, still unsure if I would be able to walk again, I was listening to Dying to Be Me for the second time, feeling that Anita’s NDE experience was what I needed to hear. And a month later, while still in a body brace, I was told I had kidney cancer, and needed surgery within the next few weeks. I continued to listen to Anita as well as Louise Hay around the clock. And then after I had 1/4 of my left kidney removed, my surgeon reported to me that it was remarkable, and that somehow I didn’t have cancer after all. I do not consider that what happened to me was an NDE. I didn’t transition out of my body. But the experience has certainly left me in a different dimension. At the time of the accident, I was in a complete state of misery while trying to pretend I was okay. It took being run over by an SUV to wake me up and to let the true healing begin. While still home recovering, Covid happened. For me, it felt like a gift to have been granted this period for me to have the space to heal and also care for my beautiful mom, and then help her transition last month (as I type this comment, I am feeling her love vibrating throughout my body). I am so appreciative to Wayne Dyer for exposing the world to Anita Moorjani’s experience, which gave me an enlightened perception of what almost happened to us both and yet didn’t. With immense gratitude to Anita. You’re so very special to me.

The Keys To Seeing The Magic In Life
1. The most important thing is to always do what uplifts you (whatever it is), because the more you uplift yourself, the more your energy is reaching out to The Universe and pulling in what you need to support you. Do whatever you can to just honor and uplift yourself and love yourself more, and make and assumption that The Universe is working in your favor, and try not to shrink your energy with fear.
2. If you want something, let it go and know that The Universe will present it to you if it's meant to be yours, and it will give it to you in such a magical way. Try not to be desperate about it because that comes from a fear of lack, but instead, let it go as though, if it's meant to be yours then it will be.

Yes! Thank you for this! I receive signs from the Universe, passed on loved ones etc... Lately, I have been seeing repeating numbers more than ever. I am going through an uncertain time in my life (divorce). While at the lawyer's office I became fearful and anxious with what she was telling me could happen. I looked at my phone and saw 2:22, then later I looked and it said 3:33. When I finally walked out of her office my phone said 4:44 and when I got in my car my car clock said 3:33. My car clock is behind real time. I took all of that as a message of reassurance to trust that it was all going to be okay and a reminder to not get stuck in fear.

Another perfectly timed, uplifting video with a message I needed to hear! I loved the story of the drum. I turned 60 this year and, like a lot of people, I've been fearful of getting old. Each night I have been saying a prayer, "Help me get past the fear and anxiety of turning 60." Then I tell myself, "Because I am loved, turning 60 can be the beginning of the most wonderful years of my life." I know this video came to me as a reminder that I really can make my 60s and beyond some of the most wonderful years of my life.

I have had a personal motto since my early 20’s “Don’t doubt the Magic”, and I would say that to myself every time I was starting to feel afraid. So true Anita! I loved watching your videos and reading about NDE experiences. I too began seeing magical signs that the universe gave me as I started believing. One day I decided to share this with a friend who tried to debunk it and ridicule it. I immediately felt a negative energy and it made me doubt that connection that I was starting to develop with the universe. I decided to never talk about it with him again. He was not the right person to share this with. Now I watch your videos that connection is starting to come back to me again. I keep my beliefs to myself, I no longer share them with the rest of the world because most people still believe in the materialist dogma. Thank you for your messsage.

Hey Anita, I found your channel a few days ago. I love hearing about your near death experience and what you learned. It’s comforting well dealing with uncertainty. I’ve been in pain in my bladder and my shin bone on my right leg. The shin about 7 months and bladder a little over a year. Dealing with these things on a daily basis have really kicked me up on a spiritual journey. A course there’s a lot I am not going into because I can only say so much in a TH-cam comment. Plus this a very personal struggle I’ve been dealing with. So I don’t have a lot of experience talking about it. I didn’t wanna give it power so I don’t talk about it much with anyone. You talked about when you got burned out. You reached out to your healer friends? I am open to help, even if it’s just words of wisdom. That could help me see things differently or help give understanding.

I like that 1% improvement. Sometimes we don't have the patience to wait we want it all to be better right now. I am just learning to talk to my body and listen to its needs and I am definitely getting better. Arthritic stuff with hip and lower back, getting better but it is slow. Its weird how we receive answers from the universe. A few nights ago I had a random thought to ask the universe why our feet are so sensitive and ticklish because I just had a massage. The next morning I got a youtube recommendation on Earthing- the science of grounding, and a picture of feet in the thumbnail. I felt compelled to click the video. And it was all about reconnecting with nature and taking your shoes off and walk barefoot on grass (or soil or sand) apparently it has a multitude of health benefits since our feet have so many nerve endings that connect to everything throughout our bodies. Gr8 for anxiety, depression, autism, aches, inflammation, sleep, well being and all around healing. I recommend watching the video. I think the universe was telling me to start doing this since I go to the park here in santa monica beach so often just to sit on a blanket and be present. Now I take my shirt off and lay on the grass its amazing.
That was an extraordinary synchronicity, those drums being made available to you to try. That really was amazing! And thank you for confirming my feelings about "meditating on" something you want. I don't feel compelled to do that, either. Your message of expressing the passionate desire/intention, and then letting it go in terms of devoting energy to it (i.e. don't focus desperate energy on it), and seeing that the universe handles it for you, is awesome!
Ha ha 111 comments. It has been really hot in England UK. Saturday had my oldest son visiting and his girlfriend, and his best friend, my other son and two of my partner’s... it was such a beautiful day, and it reminded me of when we go to Hay on Wye in Wales..we stayed in all,day, but Because it was hot I kept dreaming and imagining the toffee and butterscotch sheep’s icecream they do in Hay on Wye. I really fancied one... even though I am a raw fruitarian!! Suddenly about 4:30pm I had to get out and go for a walk, we walked into town, up the hill to a posh cafe/bakery that has just opened. They had a mobile icecream stall, and it was selling Shepard’s sheep icecream, so I had a double cone! The cafe shut a 5pm so we only just made it..I was in shock couldn’t believe it. They do not sell their icecream anywhere apart from in Hay on Wye.!! I forget to trust sometimes.. it was incredible.. me imagining and wanting and dreaming of a specific icecream and the Youniverse supplied it. Went back again on Sunday!! Only 15 mins walk!!

Anita, I m only 5 minutes into this video but must comment! I have been seeing multiple numbers everywhere, monarch butterflies, and elephants also! Elephant short videos keep catching my eye! The magic IS happening! Signs and messages coming from all angles! The other day I saw or heard something and had to write it in big letters to remind me! It was GET READY FOR SUPER AMAZINGNESS! And it’s already happening! On the beach the other day, right next to where I had just set up my beach chair, I saw something sparkling. I picked it up and it was a silver key ring and dangling from a few links was the word on a small rectangle that read PROTECTED! Message: We are all protected! 🎉🌈🤸🏼♂️🥂💕
