Connecticut USA. So that's the forest in Germany? It actually looks a lot like New England with the stone walls we have that all over the place. Well done video and well done shelter!
I would make a base from stones that are around and then I would continue with wood and a slightly higher construction. As a temporary shelter, of course, it is satisfactory. But in my opinion, maybe you should take better care of the waterproofing. I mean maybe some material should be replaced or added instead of the dry tree leaves between the cracks. If there was water nearby, you could at least make some mud and close the cracks between the logs, and a nylon roof would be more effective against rain and wind than dry tree leaves. Also, an open improvised stove in a closed space, I don't know how harmless it can be. For example, it could be winter, you have put wood, they have become charcoal and while you are sleeping there is the dangerous production of carbon monoxide in a closed space. Therefore, I also recommend a little better management in the matter of the stove. Thanks for the video and we look forward to the continuation of the construction.
Hi, that's a good suggestion. I will definitely use moisture insulation, I will use clay instead of leaves. I forgot the plastic sheeting for the roof insulation. I also need to make a door for the heater.❤️❤️❤️

Gotta say --That's a "cute" little, well put together cabin. Even with the logs falling, it didn't stop your work. Well Done, My Man, Well Done!!!
Thank you very much, my good friend. You are by my side and I get positive energy from you.✔️❤️
Cool shelter, but I would not expect you could use the fireplace overnight without burning it all down.
Thank you for your attention. The fireplace is in need of some work.

Thank you for watching.❤️
1st time anyone has used dried leaves to fill the spaces between logs. I wonders why others hadn’t. :c)
This is also a plan. Of course, the leaves rot quickly.

Loving the cabin, did you make your bed long enough for you, looks very short?
Yeah, it's a bit short, it should have been longer.🌷
