    Girl you are so knowledgeable! I am taking notes!! PMDD is the worst, so this was super helpful. One suggestion is to slow down with what you’re saying, for us slow note takers 🤣♥️ can’t wait to watch the rest of your videos!

      Under settings for the video you can slow down the speed of the video. That may help with your note taking. Also, you can check to see if closed captions are available for the video to capture any missed information. Hope these help!

    I really appreciate you for making this. I've noticed that I'm having an aniexty attack the week before my cycle starts

      Oh I hate to hear that! Maybe incorporate B6 foods like sweet potatoes, beef and bananas. Also consider foods with magnesium and omega 3! And if you may be craving sugar and caffeine but stay strong and avoid those during your Luteal phase. I hope things get better for you ❤️

      Same. Anxiety and insomnia. esp since I’ve been ttc for over a year. TTW is awful and it gets worse every month. Here I am at 3:53 am.
