Yeah mr kinteh alone is coming up with what the government should be doing. The government need to engage in transplanting indigenous trees and making sure they grow in huge amount nation wide especially down in up country to avoid deforestration and desertification .thanks mr kinteh for taking the step of rescueing the forest and the gambia.

Mahoney tree is used to make furniture in Jamaica, very strong wood, the furniture could last for generation but was expensive and worth it as such.

I am really interested in the plants that he is trying top preserve. I heard him talk about "wulla kono duto' . I think it is called 'naeww' in Wolloff. He is right, the young generation does not know some of these indigenous plants. I will definitely visit his farm when I come over. Thank you for this video, guys. Very interesting to me.

Thanks so much that was very informative. Question 1. I asked before about Teak trees if there grow there since he mentioned Mahagony. Question 2. Can Date palm trees grow there? Question 3. Is anyone growing Industrial Hemp there? Question 4. Can someone bring seeds from other countries into The Gambia?

    • @NiceGambia

Gambians are so fanny, to much advertising them self, but
If you make education program, when what to plant it's will help your business much more all year around. People will plan money and return to you for advice when to plant for the best result.
Also start to sell grafted plants. Yes yes, that is the best
