if you have spawn cruel king and ghost potion(or ghost walker)it's easy

just use rocket ante up and defense plus with 2 deep focuses a safe guard and item plus with all milkshakes spam rocket on middle fear until he goes down then attack first fear until it goes down remember after every shockwave fear uses apprehension you can use focus and use the ghostwalker to avoid apprehension if you suck at dodging
