Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies | Simple Cookie Recipe

instructions:
1. Cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until it's smooth and fluffy
2. Add egg and vanilla. mix until it's just combined
3. Add the flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Add the chocolate chips. I use 1 cup, but adjust it according to personal preferences. Mix until the chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the dough
5. Divide the dough into 1 inch balls.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Place the cookies on a baking sheet an inch apart. Bake at 375F for 10 mins (less bake time if you want a softer cookie)
8. Let cookies cool slightly then enjoy! : )
