0:27 her reaction when Richard skipped the last note 😅
He didn't skip any notes, the original song is like that... what I really think is that he touched Aidan's ass and that's why she reacts surprised 😅
@@agusgener74 Same I though LOL
❤❤❤❤❤
That little synth that Ian’s playing and the sound of it accompanying everything else gives the song a Gary Numan vibe.
This track is a real pure synthpop track and harkens back to its early days where lyrical content was dystopian and sci-fi, robot girlfriends in Tubeway Army, or Ballardian imagery in Daniel Miller’s Warm Leatherette.
Gary Numan for sure. Also early synths by Depeche Mode/Yazoo Vince Clark, some early OMD and of course, New Order. They have it all, with an outstanding melodic creativity. NOL are awesome.
my feet are tapping?!what's happening to me
Essa mina conseguiu fazer comigo oq ela queria 😂
You've forgotten the cute just like heaven
Somebody found a few old Tears for Fears vinyls!
Yeah because that is the only New Wave band that existed back in the day right? I went to see a nu-metal band last week. I suppose they found a few Linkin Park vinyls?
So we're only allowed to listen to Tears for Fears?
Whatever you do, don't you, forget about me...don't, don't, don't, don't (repeat)...
Surprise! Music has genres.
Tears for Fears and Echo the Bunnyman. Big time counter transference with Ian McCulloch here for me. I can’t unsee it now.

Mad props to the sound engineer/mix of this. Fantastic!!!
This is cool, a bit Depech-y
Eurythmics, New Order, Operators. All excellent influences.
Roxy Music also?

Incredible session overall. Y'all sound heavenly. It was always the Friend Machine.
It’s about time someone does synth Pop the right way!
Depche Mode? (at least older songs, at least partially). A-HA? Electro Spectre? Or did you mean someone as in someone from younger generation?
Simplesmente fantástico esse som !
Brilliant
really nice, they remind me to eleven pond or another old school synth pop bands
Stunning😊

Synth-pop is not hipster, are you for real🙄
@@yevgeniyaleshchenko849 hipsters wouldn't listen to this kind of music?
Synth pop all sounds the same
It can be said about any genre of music. Grow up
Something tells me the girl isn’t really playing keys until the end🤔
What do you mean?
you're talking about her "Friend Machine" no?
@@mrblablablablato get that bassline sounding that tight and you’d expect her to look a lot more focussed while playing. It’s basically perfect in terms of timing and note length while the drums are playing. I think it’s actually 3 bass sounds layered on top throughout the majority of the song: the bass guitar, the fat synth bass and a sparkly bass sound that is very low in the mix. She’s probably playing only playing the quiet synth throughout the majority of the song. So it’s probably also not fully miming what she’s doing.
Not that it’s very important of course, but it’s always interesting to sniff out which parts are live or prerecorded I think.
@@llRoBoBinHoll many synths have built in arpeggiators / sequencers. They could also be looping live. I’d still call that playing. Doesn’t matter so much anyway, as long as people are having a good time…
@@mrblablablablapressing play on a sequence is not really playing in the sense I’m talking about lol. And especially miming along with a sequence is a little stupid in my opinion. But I don’t think that’s quite what’s she’s doing though so it’s all good.
