That vid made me stop maining BRM after playing it 2 years. At some point fighting an uphill battle stops being fun. Kinda sad, but at least the lack of changes is pushing me towards a better performing class and i can learn something new. VDH here i come!
I wouldn’t base what you main on a video like that tbh, it’s a really poor representation of the whole picture and some tanks perform exceptionally in those tests compared to others which is rarely indicative of how good they actually are! It’s always fun to do and watch though

Seems there is lots of Hopium for BDK. It will suffer from scaling, until blizz does a rework.
I don't think it necessarily needs a rework, just access to their cooldowns more often so they always have something to rotate between
theres always hopium for blood and then its just ass as always :D seen it several times. dont get baited

The DH tier set was fixed, blizzard hates fun. I just discovered how fun the spec was this week and Im still going to main it and shoot for 3k :)
Yea, Fel scarred is kinda in the bin now unless they do something, but reaver is insane!

I was playing healer for 15 years and i started to play brew monk thi season and it’s actually so fun, hopefully it gets better or i would try vdh 😄

@Immonate then it seems like we get the same comp again. With the big pull requirement to time higher keys. The prot pala / disc priest will be really strong to mitigate all that tank damage. Then the Evoker / enhance for high output damage and the last flex spotter . I hope they will tune tanks and dps's more, so we get some fleksibility towards choosing our comp.

@ I believe that it can only be the case if they address utility and defensive issues with these specs in keys. For example, the value of stagger and death strike in raid is unrivaled, but in m+ they get globaled. If blizzard were to buff stagger or armor for DK by a significant amount then they would be OP in raid. Neither tank has ever been picked for their utility, neither brings a raid buff, and the value of grips is often times a commodity rather than a necessity.
I basically agree with you that they need a rework OR something like S3/4 SL tierset for BDK to ever be relevant in m+.
Tanks for S2 do quite literally no damage... the HP increase that was just implemented demands a more dps. Sadlt we are not doing any damage at all....
I’d like us to do more for sure but I wouldn’t go as far as saying no damage 🤔
I feel like us brewmaster players are like the ugly step children that isnt loved by their parents....whole ptr and the only relevent change is a 5‰ boost to celestial brew.....blizzard we may only be 3% but I don't know if you have so many issues against fixing brewmaster have some of the top players like equinox or wow at night actually work with you

i don't think tuning is the problem when it comes to brewmasters. We can withstand big dmg. The problem is lack of utility. This spec needs new fresh talents and i doubt there is enough time for that.
People have been begging to get the old version of ring of peace, where mobs inside it would be silenced. That wouldn't affect raid environment, but would boost brewmasters viability in m+ big time
