I'm not a member that I listen all the time to get information for a particular friend and other people in my life. I feel like Eric and the whole Law Firm are a godsend to people! I've learned an enormous amount watching these videos that I never knew before.

One of the many pleasant surprises about HELPS is they always respond quickly, whether a call or email. They are better than having a private lawyer! They give you great information, support and compassion! God blessed us the day we found HELPS. Thank you!

Finally getting my health back to normal and just now trying to catch up on the programs. This is one of the best stress reducer for anyone who is sick and battling bills at the same time. It has been going on six weeks I have only gotten to watch after the program airs. Great program Eric! Thanks to you and your group for the help and the compassion they provide to us. Glad the programs are Monday through Thursday.

Thank you so much for this and all your videos. One of the surprising thing we've found is the vast number of attorneys who did not know about protected income. An attorney did not believe we were judgment proof until we showed him. Then he said it is not good to leave a judgement filed against us even if we are judgment proof. Why would he say that? Also, I have to ask what happened to your hand!

When I was served with legal papers the deputy was very nice. I’m so glad he didn’t use an air horn! I hope it doesn’t give others any ideas. 😂

Didn't that server break the FDCPA?

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act applies to debt collectors. A process server is independent and only serves legal papers. Often he is only paid if he successfully serves the papers. Thus the crazy use of a an airhorn trying to get someone to come out.
