She has recently comforted people with a busking called "Begin Again Korea."
I like "Love poem".
I recommend "Stay".
Those two are my favorites,as well, along with 'Wind Song'.

Another GREAT reaction. Travis, I promise you, if you continue reacting to the EXTRAORDINARY So Hyang, at some point, you will begin to repeat yourself with the compliments. Trust and believe, there aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe So Hyang. If you want to treat yourself to one of the best rappers, I strongly suggest you react to So Hyang singing, 'Day Day', also from the Begin Again Korea, mini concert series. One highlight;. So Hyang and the young lady sitting near her, in the red blouse, Lee Su-hyun, are rapping in perfect harmony. The song has a GREAT beat.
I can't say you'll be pleasantly surprised, because So Hyang conquers every genre of music.

Immortal Song 2 is a weekly singing competition by one of the TV station in South Korea. As such, they have a big budget for it.
Begin Again is a basking program by JTBC where popular singers/musicians from Korea goes to different countries to bask as a group. Due to covid-19, the program changed to Begin Again Korea as the basking are now conducted in country.

As you like this format you should check out her version of ‘I will always love you’ from the same ‘begin again Korea’ series but on a different day. I am sure that when the late,great Whitney Houston saw Sohyang perform this she gave her a standing ovation from wherever she is resting. Also from this series inc. Sohyang ( sometimes alone, sometimes duetting, sometimes the whole ensemble) are numerous, some in English, some in Korean & it is so hard to pick a favourite because they are all amazing but I think my favourite is her rendition of Ella Fitzgerald’s ‘Misty’, which shows yet another genre that Sohyang has mastered. If you’d like to see her rapping (yes, believe it or not, I did say rapping) then watch her in the song ‘day day’ ( as you can see, her fellow performers are relatively young & all successful pop stars in their own right & one would think that they would be more in tune with anything to do with rap but I saw the rehearsals & they really struggled spitting them lines out fast but Sohyang, no problem).
As I say, if you search ‘Sohyang begin again’ it should bring up any performances she was involved with in this series, although I am hoping that a particular fellow Sohyang fan will have or is about to provide you with her extensive list of every Sohyang performance along with the links. Particularly in this series, with the fact that it is so intimate, I find it fascinating to watch the faces of her fellow performers as Sohyang sings, sometimes they are reduced to tears,sometimes they look shocked & sometimes they just look at her in awe, even though they have been at rehearsals with her. The thing about Sohyang is that she is so good & trusts her gift that she doesn’t have to go overboard in rehearsals & her technique is such that when it comes to the actual performance the only thing she needs to concentrate on is portraying emotion,telling the story & connecting with the audience, the vocals will take care of themselves. I ‘be seen interviews with the other performers & they all say that it was an unbelievable experience to hear her sing in person & that they are in awe of her talents.
You may already know this but Sohyang herself is the one who does the arrangements of all the songs she performs. Ideally you will see all the performances eventually from this series but in the mean time you can close your eyes & put your finger on any song at random & you will not be disappointed.
I wonder if your discovery of Sohyang will follow the same path as mine in that I heard one song,thought it was amazing so I listened to another,amazing again, but it became 3 then 4. & I started thinking that surely the ones that I had seen were her best performances & that eventually the standard, although still fantastic, would surely drop a little, but not with Sohyang, it’s the same amazing standard time after time & the only thing that differentiates if listed from best to worst is simply the listeners personal taste, nothing to do with the quality of her voice.

Every song she touches is golden. She did busking during the pandemic in the program "Begin Again Korea" where a group of artists singed up to offer their music around South Korea. Every performance on this show that she does is amazing. While her "epic" renditions are imcredibly impressive, I find these almost even more impressive in showing how much control she has when she is not "swinging for the fences". Especially the numerous duets she does with the other singers. While she still shines her generosity and clear appreciation for the younger singers and theirs for her are very apparent. You cannot beat Soyang. Another great technique in this song is done by Daryl Ong and Dea. Another great song in this same public concert series is Day Day by Soyang and ensemble. She breaks into rap in the middle of the song.
