Oh God that question about hospital food vs airline food reminded me of one time my wife was in hospital. She had a collapsed lung, so she was in hospital for two straight weeks. She lived off mashed potatoes and Jello that entire time. The hospital food was just that bad. She was asking me to bring in outside food every day... That was, I think, 2018 and she's been doing so much better since then. She's been on this monthly injection for the past three years and it's been doing remarkable work for her lung capacity.

Dang, that is sad, I’m 10 so I don’t really know how it feels for your loved one to be in that condition. I wonder how it would feel to have a collapsed lung, would you breathe in 50%?

@@ThisIsWeezer No pre existing condition; It is very rare for someone to have a lung collapse randomly, but I guess I was just unlucky.

@@ABIAviation My wife was like that. Doesn't help a bout of pneumonia a year earlier pretty much killed her immune system. She spent about a week in intensive care hooked up to a million machines and loaded on meds to help her recover. Fortunately she picked up and has been doing pretty well since then...
