sa vul, dapat bonus nalang yung investment. dapat sabihin sa client ang mga pros & cons. don't use the investment part of vul as a retirement fund dahil pwedeng bumaba ang amount ng investment in the future di lang dahil sa market condition kundi may mga charges na kinakaltas.

Are you asking ba how much ang death benefit mo if something happens? Your life insurance/ death benefit is your Sum assured (210k) or your Fund Value, whichever is higher😍

Kaya importante to choose your agent din talaga. What I can advise is talk to your FA about how you feel. Ask him/her bakit ayan ang ibibigay nya sayo na solution.

After 5 years icheck nyo nalang from time to time ang Fund value. Importante na hindi magzero ang Fv para tuloy tuloy kayo na insured. Remember nasa vlog ko po, tuloy tuloy ang (coi) cost of insurance, dinededuct sya sa FV. Kung gusto nyo na iwidraw kayo po bahala but again, mkukuha nyo naman kunh anu ang FV , anu ba goal nyo bakit kayo kumuha ng VUL? Kasi for sure after 5 years lugi pa po kayo. (Pero kung kumita na kayo po bahala if gusto nyo na iwidraw) So mawawalan na din kayo insurance once nagwithdraw po kayo.😊
Ganito lang yan, pag kumuha ka ng 1M na VUL for 10 yrs contract ,after 10yrs 800k nlng pera mo ka c ung 200k sa insurance mapupunta, pero pag pina abot mo ng 15 to 20 yrs yang 1M mo pwede maging 1.5M+++, pero madugo ung bayaran dyan. Sabuhay hindi lang insurance babayaran mo nan dyan yung basic nesecity hangang sa mag ka anak ka bahay, kotse end up back krup kana.

Hindi kasi ako natanong kung ano yung priority/goal or focus upon proposal basta may quotation nalang binigay and marami pa talaga akong di naintindihan 😥

critical illness has stipulations that may or may not apply pag nag claim na. id rather go with HMO kasi mas malaki ang benefit at walang mga stipulation or definition kung ano ang considered critical illness.
I agree. Pero hindi po magkalaban ang HMO and Critical illness insurance. Better if you have both. Kapag Critical illness ang dumating, maxed out agad Hmo, you need a lump sum cash for hospitalization and for your family (lalo na if breadwinner ka po). Abangan nyo po next upload ko. Difference between hmo, medicla insurance and Critical illness insurance🧡
@@peachabacial I also disagree. Ang HMO have option and flexible coverage. Puede taasan. Yong critical illness mga 1m lang yong sa HMO 2-4M tapos kunti lang din ang difference sa premium. Critical illness is not a good financial sense if the cost is not cheaper kaysa HMO

mam tanung ko lang yung kinuha ko kasi is 5years ung contract invesment sya.. so kapag natapos na yung 5years at balak ko sya ituloy up to 10years ung insurance charge ba babalik sa dating charge na mataas..?kasi ung first 2years sa contract mataas yung charge mg inurance.
Wala na po yun. 3 years po ang premium charge.
Cost of insurance nalang po meron, kasi tuloy tuloy hanggat mas malaki ang insurance mo compared sa investments mo.

After 5 years icheck nyo nalang from time to time ang Fund value.
Importante na hindi magzero ang Fv para tuloy tuloy kayo na insured.
Remember nasa vlog ko po, tuloy tuloy ang (coi) cost of insurance, dinededuct sya sa FV. Kung gusto nyo na iwidraw kayo po bahala but again, mkukuha nyo naman kunh anu ang FV , anu ba goal nyo bakit kayo kumuha ng VUL? Kasi for sure after 5 years lugi pa po kayo. (Pero kung kumita na kayo po bahala if gusto nyo na iwidraw)
So mawawalan na din kayo insurance once nagwithdraw po kayo.😊
Ganito lang yan, pag kumuha ka ng 1M na VUL for 10 yrs contract ,after 10yrs 800k nlng pera mo ka c ung 200k sa insurance mapupunta, pero pag pina abot mo ng 15 to 20 yrs yang 1M mo pwede maging 1.5M+++, pero madugo ung bayaran dyan. Sabuhay hindi lang insurance babayaran mo nan dyan yung basic nesecity hangang sa mag ka anak ka bahay, kotse end up back krup kana.
