Didn't expect this from Ranj. He's not a secret dancer is he?! No, I am kidding. He has amazing potential, but he's clearly not a trained dancer, but it's evidently he works very hard at the cha-cha walk. Very camp, mind, but those cha-cha steps are definitely there and executed rather proficiently for a newbie! He's like a little puppy trying very hard to please. By and large, he did 'good' (give the pup a little treat!). 7!
I'm already expecting to find him irritating, though he did a great job, might be something to do with Jeanette.
@@goawayleavemealone2880 Janette often does Cha-Cha really well. Cases in point, Peter Andre and Aston of last year...
I agree he did well! His upper body was incredibly stiff and without the knowledge of what to do lol he had the hips going on at some points which is hard for a male in this dance, not many but some which means alot of potential! :)

Their Cha Cha routine was entertaining and made me smile! Two pocket rockets on the dancefloor. I really hope Dr Ranj and Janette will go far in the competition.
Janette is so nimble and quick she makes it seems so effortless! Whizzing around that dance floor like a firework! She is so so good!
Bloody hell, that was brilliant. His jump onto the table looked effortless and so much cha cha content. I'll be surprised if he doesn't make the final.
What a surprise this was! His Cuban breaks were very good and gave a good attempt at the lock steps. He definitely could be a dark horse! 6 from me!
The Cuban break was my favourite part!!

Wow I was so suprised, I used to watch his show as a child but now I occasionally see him on ITV. I did not think he would be any good, but wow he was amazing.

I should stop underestimating people. He actually did kinda good for his first week.

i watched it on tv and i loved every single dance
Great choreography, he danced way better than I expected. His New-York wasn't good as well as his lock-step , but, on the other hand, his compact chasses, his checking action and his Cuban break were absolutely fantastic. I would have given it an 8 but he did a heel lead at 0:22 so I'll give it a solid 7.

Well he has the energy and the rhythm and the enthusiasm dosent he but 0 hip action sadly, but he has 0 free arm problems which I wasnt expecting cause he would have so much energy but why no cha cha's have locksteps?? *7/10*

Dr Ranj has great connection to dance and music great musicality he needs work on his footwork a little bit and he was skippy at times and needs more hip action
