And I am happier now than I've ever been. I believe being MINDFUL and present are the greatest gifts. I used to race through life for the first 4 decades. Now I try to be more present, and enjoy all the small things. You are doing a wonderful job of that. Thank you!

Working and going to college or school at the same time. Taking care of a husband or family. Not practicing self care. But I am more aware of it all now. I am learning how to live for myself more. And I am learning to not race through things as much. Enjoy the process of doing something like cooking or baking. Or walking the dog! Take your time and enjoy it. Then i realize that i am not enjoying my dog who loves to spend time with me so much.

So relaxing and soothing. Loved it when you put your foot on the pot to get the plant out. The only thing I would suggest is that you loosen the roots a little bit on the ones that you transplanted. When they out grow their pots and become root bound it helps them transition into the new pots. Your home is absolutely lovely and peaceful. Your fur baby is so sweet. I wish you and your family health, wealth, happiness and love.
