    "Can you place any Triple Options within the air raid system?"... Well, I'd say two things:
    1. There are Air Raid Teams that Run the Holgo Diamond formation stuff, and once in Diamond the Back behind the QB can easily run a Dive, and then if the QB doesn't give on that Dive, he can basically run a speed option going out to either side, with the trailing back being the back coming around from the opposite side of the Diamond.
    2. You can run Triple option off 10 personnel with the one back being your dive back, and then bringing a WR either behind the QB on motion, OR (and I don't know what this is called), the pitch back can be a WR on the side you run towards. The WR STARTS a motion towards the QB, sort of on an orbit like he is going around the QB (like the A backs in a Flexbone do) then, STOPS when the ball is hiked and starts going back the way they came, but now at a pitch position going with the QB towards the edge. Similarly you could make the pitch guy be one of the WRs in a Trips formation. Either the inside receiver on the Trips back pedaling a bit like he is setting up for a little bubble screen to get into pitch position ( you may need a real dude to do this as they won't have as much momentum), or the outermost receiver coming in almost like he was coming in for a tunnel screen. I'm sure those last two are not actually easy to do/coach/scheme the blocks for. I don't know, smart coaches might sneak some of your back up RBs into the WR positions during substitutions. If you aren't comfortable with your WRs doing pitch. I suspect Coach McKie would frown on this from an Air Raid perspective because all this would take serious time to fine tune in practice, and one of your Air Raid commandments is "thy will make practice fats and intuative so thy builds muscle memory"
    3. There are Spread teams, if not outright Air Raid teams that run Veer Concepts that will allow you to have Triple option action. Similarly Veer and Shoot Teams have Veer action into which you can work in Triple Option Principles. so look into Pistol Veer Videos and Veer and Shoot team videos like Briles era Baylor, Tulsa, and Syracuse. You could maybe motion in a receiver in 10 personnel to run split pistol veer stuff.
    Look for film for the teams that Run Triple option out of pistol and gun like Tulane or New Mexico did under Davie.

    Coach, great practice schedule! Making the transition from the flexbone triple option; I am completely shocked and pleased to the see the similarities in preparation and teaching mind set, as well practice scripts; Rep, Rep, Rep.....I plan to incorporate the 5 step drop emphasis with my QB in the settle up and noose drill and the 3 step drop in the pat and go drill all from under center. I liked the points that Coach Breen made in the pod cast with the QB understanding the timing of passing concepts from under center.

    Good video. I’m trying to figure out a way to do this. Where do you incorporate your inside run, inside zone periods? We usually do it opposite of ROA or skelly but it’s tough to get reps for QB and RB on both sessions. We usually try to flip halfway thru. Any thoughts?

    I know this was and old post and you may not respond to me due to that fact. My question is where do you fit play action and sprint game in if you have any of those concepts? Other than RPO of course.
