Even though I came from Asia, I really enjoy it when you are not showcasing Asian food. I would love it if you can make more videos about the different cuisine America have to offer. I remembered the video about burgers that got me salivating like mad, the one on Philly cheesesteak (i have to go and rewatch it) and those texas bbq videos. Those are the ones i really enjoyed more. Hopefully i will get to see more of those again now that you are back in the US.
Totally agree! My best friend and I were SO excited to try their menu once we found out it was coming statewide and after seeing your video. They didn't have the shake when we went and both of us had super tiny pieces of chicken on our sandwiches. Overall we were really underwhelmed, I'd love to see them rework the menu and bring us bolder flavors. We need it here in VA, unless you're up north near DC, we have SO few yummy places😭!

I found Bites of Xian a few weeks ago and have gone three times to try out different items from the menu. LOVE the roujiamo - reminds me of this other spot in Brooklyn that had a great, flaky one.
We gave this a try and I was searching for the kimchi. I loved the shake though and the gochujang mayo sauce. The sandwich was good but it could be spicier and way more kimchi.
Im glad youre making a spicier version of your hot oil! The garlic one is my favorite but I had to chase it down with a thai chili pepper for some eat when i was eating with it lol

That sisig and lechon look so yummy! They should have given you calamansi, soy sauce and fresh chili with the sisig. You can also dip lechon in a spiced vinegar.

We tried shake shack for the first time today. Was surprised to come home and find this video because I got the gochujang sammich and same milkshake. I had the same reaction. Def need more kimchi and very mild gochujang but was tasty
