Lol, this is insane. But you shouldn't use affirmations with the word "no" or anything like that. From what I've seen, the subconscious doesn't understand the negative. So if you put "I can't be beaten", it will end up being understood as "I can be beaten". :)

Johan Liebert it depends on the statement. When you say "i cant be beaten" most people think "im strong or powerful" so thats what theyll manifest.
