And I know that it's hard to believe a stranger on the internet and it's just as easy to brush this off but I can assure you that things get waaaaaaaay better. There will come a time when you'll look back and realize how the worries of today were just that, the 'worries of today' and that in the long run, it was not really worth it for you to go through the stress, anxiety, and pain that is brought on from the judgement of others. I regret not eating at school and starving myself because I wanted to look skinny and I was only 12 I was fat since a kid and when I looked at myself in the mirror I hated how my body looked and I remember the boys at my school having a bit muscle and being healthy and I was the slowest and I hated it but now I’m good but I’m still thinking about getting abs and looking attractive
