Kitna acha hota na aagar sirf ek bar ghar sajane k bad zindegi var wo waisa hi rehata. Toh aj iss video mein Marie Kondo ki likhi hui book “The life changing magic of tyding up” se mein “Kon Mari” method nam se ek aisi method ap k sath share karne wala hu jisse follow kar k aagar ap ekbar apna ghar saja loge toh phir usk bad aur kabhi bhi wo chaos nahi ban payega. “Vag! Aisa kaise ho sakta hain?”, sunne mein yakin nahi ho raha?
Marie Kondo ek tidying expert hain jinhone 5 sal ki umar se lekar unki life k 80% time sirf aur sirf iss ghar sajane ki skill ko develop karne mein bitayi hain. Phir jake unhone yeh Kon Mari method develop kiya hain.
Toh iss life problem ka solution kiya hain? Iss ka ek permanent solution hain “Kon Mari” method. Iss method mein apko bas 2 simple step follow karna hoga,
1. Discarding - Unnecessary chizo ko alag karna kyun ki yeh chize ab aur ap k ghar k andar nahi rahange.
2. Organizing - Jo necessary chize hain wo konsa kaha par rahega wo decide karna.
Author ne bar bar iss chiz pein zor diya hain ki inn do steps k oproper order maintain kar k foolow kiya jaye. Matlab discarding ka kaam pura khatam hone k bad hi organizing ka kaam suru kiya jaye. Kyun ki discarding ka kaam bich mein rok k aagar ap organizing ka kaam suru kar doge toh sab kuch galat ho jayega.
Aur usse bhi pehle author ne jo chiz karne k liye kahi hain wo hain kuch bhi suru karne se pehle apko apne maan mein ek image banana hoga ki jab ap pura ghar saja loge tab wo dikhne mein kaisa lagna chahiye jisse ki wo ap k hisab se ek perfect living room kehana laya k ho sake. Sayad wo aisa kuch ho sakta hain ki jab ap sham ko office se lotoge to floor pein kahi pein bhi kuch gira nahi hoga, aur apka bed bilkul ek 5 star hotel ki tarah taiar rahega.
Iske bad phir apko khud se yeh sawal puchna hoga ki ap yeh sab kyun chahata ho? Kyun ap office se lot kar properly organized room mein waqt bitana chahata ho? Sayad apko jabab milega ta ki din var mehanat karne k bad ap thoda shanti se relax kar k apne stress ko kam kar sako. Ab phir sawal kijiye aisa ap kyun chahata ho? Aise har ek reason k piche 5-6 steps tak why clear kar k usse ek paper pein kahi pein likh daliye. Yaha se apko samajh aayega ki ghar sajake rakhna kitna important hain. Kyun ki isse apki life mein kitna bada change aa sakta hain. Jab ap yeh realize kar paoage, tab ghar saja k rakhna ap k liye time waste nahi walki ek bohoti important kaam ban jayega.
