Thank you so much for this gorgeous easy braid. It took me a few failed tries until my fingers got the hang of it but I finally did it. It's worth mentioning as well if you have thin or short hair at the front like me, you can still take narrow sections to make it neat but thicker in depth so you take more from the crown of the head (you can comb a section of your hair forward before you start) but still keep it to the front to be like a nice thick crown. It is easier to control as well when you have thicker sections. Another tip, if you don't want to blow dry your hair and you have frizzy damaged hair like mine that won't look nice without a hair dryer, try this when your hair is slightly damp which is what I did and got lovely frizz-free waves in my hair when I undone it :) Thank you so much Krynomia Q.. I am 1/3 of the way through and I don't know if I can make it to the end because of the screaming music, machine noises in the background AND trying to listen to what you're saying. It's funny, you just said something about the music followed by "if you can hear it. " You have very pretty hair and it looks like you're doing a good job explaining what you're doing. I got so frustrated trying to do this that I pulled out a massive hank of hair and destroyed my comb. No hair tutorial has EVER worked for me so I have to wear it down every day. I can't even do a bun. I hate my hair.
Don't hate your hair,you should take care of your hair if you do good to your hair your hair will do good to you too try some coconut oil or get some milk from the coconut and put it on your hair and set it for 30 minutes fo like twice a week or trice of daily! like my cousin after using that her hair was super shiny...

Yes, you should. I don't have short hair, so I can't assure you, but since your always adding new hair to the braid you could get away with this with even shorter hair, although you might have small pieces of your ends sticking out but you could just pin them in place if that's the case:) And it really doesn't matter if you have thin hair, cause you can always tug at it so that it looks thicker. 3 months late, but maybe somebody sees this wondering the same, so there's an answer:)

i use a lot of hairspray or something like wax. or use second/third day hair. just so that the hair isnt springy and soft anymore.
