The most easy way available into my knowledge , is that you can take a taxi from *Dammam Airport to Seiko* and go to Makkah through *SAPCO bus service* ( 👉 www.saptco.com.sa/Buses/Home.aspx?lang=en-US ) .

Bhai it depends how you want to go ? If you want to go via Road , then the bus charge on off season ranges from 150 SAR to 400 SAR ( Round Trip without accommodation ) ☺️
