What is the meaning of Reverent before your name pastor? I understand that reverence (Fear) meaning given in the bible only to God alone. Is it ok to take God's position? We need to humble us, if Jesus can humble him till the death on cross - same mind we need right?
Reverend is just the title of respect given to ministers of God. It is in no way intended to take the place of God and his reverence. We mustn't worship any man but respecting the man of God should not be a problem.
