I don't get how there are people who hate her [just because she is Stiles' love interest]

It irritates me how people hate on Malia and how she came between Stiles and Lydia. Because Stydia had 3 seasons to become something and it didn't. And I feel like we should be happy for Stiles that he's finally in a relationship where the feelings are returned.
Yes exactly!! And the kiss took place fair enough but if Lydia really did like stiles she could've done something about it after Jackson left or even after she kissed him!! Stydia is non existent and this shitty fandom needs to learn to appreciate female characters on their own and for who they are not just as love interests!

crysтal yes but stydia didn't happen because they didn't know if the other one liked the other one and it would complicate things with there sacrifice and everything that was always going on they didn't really have time to have a social life

Malia Tate is an awesome character. She's tough, she has no filter, she's loyal and carries around a lot of guilt. She interesting and a bad ass. So please don't hate on her character. I also love Stalia and the dynamic they have. Malia's kind of tough and distant all the time and Stiles brings out her soft side. But I like Malia's character for who she is as a character regardless of who she's with.

I agree Lydia had 3 seasons to get with stiles and instead she chose pointless relationships and meaningless sex . I love Malia and her and Stiles are cute together. Even if they are not together forever stiles derives to be happy god dammit ! what do you want him to do keep pining for Lydia ? he deserves to be happy for a while. Lydia had her chance . Maybe later , but now its malia and stiles :)

The only reason people keep talking about Lydia is because Stydia shippers always feel the need to barge in and bash Malia for coming in the way of Stydia when she really didn't. People always bring it up which is why Stalia shippers tend to get their "explanation" out of the way because they feel as though they owe one to Stydia shippers but they don't. And tbh Stydia shippers don't even care about Lydia as her own character anyway, it's only when she's with Stiles that she's seen as the "queen" but yeah I agree let's all be friends
23feb2013 actually stydia shippers worship lydia with and without stiles. she's a gorgeous strong female character. please get your facts right. maybe one stydia fan did that but not all of us do that. we worship lydia 24/7. don't paint one picture for an entire fandom please.
+Dez sorry if I offended you personally, that wasn't my purpose, but when it comes to what you said, you referred to "us" as in the whole Stydia fandom? I can name about 50 Stydia shippers minimum who have and still call Lydia a bitch when she is slightly annoyed with Stiles. "Oh she's such a bitch, can't she see how much he loves her??" I've seen this repeatedly and as you can imagine it kind of paints a picture as some shippers can get pretty violent sometimes. You seem like a nice person who respects Lydia for who she is, and I applaud that, but I never paint a picture of a whole fandom based on one or two people.
23feb2013 ok but.. what i'm saying is, there are way more than 50 stydia fans. most of our fandom loves lydia. let's get that cleared up. the stalia fandom or any other fandom in teen wolf are not innocent. we have our flaws, the stalia fandom has their flaws, the sterek fandom has their flaws, all the fandoms have their flaws. so don't just pick on the stydia fandom please.
