Thank God. Maybe this gentrification will reverse of almost 100 years of the destruction of once beautiful Victorian and colonial streets capes. Would like to see the healthier single family house being built also. More wealthy residents never at all was or is ever a detriment to a community. Wealthy people leaving has proven disastrous to every city where that happened since WWII and suburbanization.

One has to feel sorry for Detriot East 35 miles north. Our Capital city is a disgrace.
Hartford is also starting to get some nice developments coming in. The Pennant at North Crossing for example.
