these are pretty repetitive honestly. I do like the idea of it but I hate how you have to drive to another island to do another one, on your bike no less. would've been kill if you could activate gang wars at the clubhouse and it would follow the same order. would save a lot of annoying travel
@@OutlawedPoet You literally are in a biker gang, in makes complete sense to be patrolling with them while doing said activity, and it's pretty cool to be riding on motorbikes with 6 people, plus it doesn't always triggers on another island. I wouldn't call them repetitive when they at least have 3 variations of objectives, something SA completely lacked, now those were repetitive.

The only thing I hate about these is how stupid the bikers are at times often riding into battle getting themselves in the middle of a group of enemies and killing themselves.
@Dominic G I loathe that as well. The irreplaceable members then get killed and I have to start over as I care about the brothers. The best we can do is to flank the enemies for them to come to you rather than finding them yourself.

Best GTA IV experience for me was having a gang war in literally in the middle of the Star Junction (It's the NY Times Square if you don't know). I enjoyed every second of it even though most of my NPC allies died, lmao.
on cutscenes and narrative yes, but gameplay wise is completely opposite since any gta main character is devil on earth gameplay wise, hundreds of amo, dozzens of differente weapons, much more health and intelligence than other npc and if you include cheats basically invincible. the probability to you max out any of those deadbeats strength before you end all gang wars you want without reloading saves is pretty low, they are too dumb and the enemies too strong.
Whenever I do these gang wars, I mostly try to go ahead of my team by before hand getting a helicopter to eliminate the enemies before the team even gets there so that none of my teamates die.
I used to do the same as a completion wanting to max all buddies but it’s impossible. As soon you close to ground they tp to you leading themselves to death by enemy gunfight or your heli explosive shots
It's because the earlier levels are easy enemies carry poor weapons and are small in numbers but in the later levels such as 40,50 and later levels they become more difficult to deal with because they carry powerful weapons and explosives and they're very accurate with it because they throw grenades in between your feet and the next thing you know you're blown up
That's because when you get to the earlier levels such as 10 or 20 the enemies carry poor weapons and are easier to kill but once you get to level 40, 50 and soon on they carry powerful weapons and have more health they also become alot more as you do gang wars more often and carry explosives

Any ideas, whether enemies from Hangout wars can follow the player away from their hangout place? And how far do I need to move away from the enemy gang to fail the war? Asking this because I tried checking it today. Some enemies from hangout actually tried to follow me in their backup car and two of them seemed to have stolen one of the cars on the road. The others either stayed where they spawned or tried to catch up to me on foot. I didn't move too far away, but far enough still; that's why I'm now interested whether the enemy gang can follow me through the city or whether I'll fail the war if I'm too far from them. Any ideas, guys?
It is not possible to fail in gang war except 2 ways: by dying during gang war activity or after cutscenes finished like one of these 1:40 after the black screen if you kill one of your brothers you fail instant which is weird because they most likely to die anyway during the fight?
@@Asiel6000 yeah, you're right, it's weird that if your men die before the fight, the mission fails. But it's great you can move away from the place where the enemy gang is positioned because on later levels it's really hard to survive under heavy gunfire without changing positions
