That's a good point that needs to be addressed as a barrier to international investment. I don't know if you can petition the US ambassador in Kenya to raise the matter with the Kenyan government to find a way forward.

President Ruto is just a lucky guy to have been in power when the US interest in Africa is at its peak especially in light of the competition that is going on right now between the east and the west.
