Thank GOD for you! This hydro-quip spapack is what I have now & I'd only replaced heaters on Balboa before (so much easier to remove). I would never have been able to do this w/ out this video. I live in a remote area, so no spa repair folks anywhere around. Couldn't fix this thing w/ out these videos. I'm going to start ordering parts from you guys b/c I appreciate you so much!
Hi Spa Guy I have an artesian hot. I had to replace the heater which is a Laing. I was told they don’t make that heater anymore and was sold a HQ replacement and was told to add more tubing to make it work. I just received the new part but I’m not sure if it’s the right one and nobody from where I purchased will answer me. If I give you the two model numbers would you be able to tell ?
spa guy, i have question, did you ever see, hydroquip system where the digital display was working, all the buttons working, but did not display the temp and time???
I have a question if you could help me.. Very similar to yours I have a hydroquip and Everything works until I plug in the high temperature probe. It's an instantaneous circuit break when I plug it in... I can't figure out what's wrong. Everything works fine pumps but no heat.. Any idea what's wrong???
Hi! Your videos are amazing ! I have a Hydro-quip spa model Z4EKXOL-0505GE4 . My hot tub turns on, but for some reason the hot tub won’t heat. The one set of keys work and the others done, and it won’t heat either! Any help would be SO APPRECIATED because I bring my grandfather over once a week to help him ease his muscles and this just started happening 2 days ago. Please help!! Thank you in advance !
How do you feel about the HydroQuip Spa Packs. I am in the market for a ne spa pack. We have an older Calspa that is pneumatic 2 button. What brand or model would you recommend? one new waterway 2 speed pump. No ozone, no air, 4-5 person spa.

Hi my name is Laticia I bought a Hydro quip heat Max RHS 11 k heater for hottub the thermostat is not clicking at designated temperature after i installed it hottub heated up to 94 degrees with the the thermostat clicking at the designated temperature but now it quick heating and there is no clicking throughout thermostat settings and no power light on reset button is ok Please help can you call me by chance I can explain allot better

I have a hydroquip BES-6000 baptistry heater that is showing system fuse indicator trip light. Would that mean that the heater needs to be replaced?

With the temp sensor unplugged nothing is working when you plug it in the heater probably comes on did you unhook the heater as instructed?

? Went out to use tub saw no power on ,breaker tripped turned breaker on went back off had tub for 10years don’t know why any idea?

I removed the heater wires and the breaker still tripped. I've also replaced all fuses that I can see. I'm stumped
