"live to ride another day". Dangerous Dave is a good friend to have for you in those new, unkown surroundings. He showed you how it could be ridden and when you admitted you did not want to tackle that section he didn't push you but actually applauded your insight that it was for the vetter not to do it. Great partner you've got there!
That guy makes for an amazing friend. Creative mind and shows you how to do everything rather than having you figure it out. Doesn't leave you in the dark on details either, and most of all, doesn't push you to do something if you're really nervous about it. Would make for an amazing friend.
I've been watching both of your channels for ages and to hear you say that you haven't been on routes like this confirms to me that there aren't many routes like this in the uk, if at all, which is tragic 😭
I'll watch some of these videos and convince myself that I could have run those trails 35 years ago. Even at 20 years old, I think I would have looked at this one and just gone home. Awesome ride with a great host!
Great video, I watch DD all the time but don't appreciate just how difficult these trails are until you see some one like yourself, who can ride bit, take on the same trails and not be able to ride like Dave.
The intro to this was hilarious! You said that it would be stupid to do something like this alone, so you have DangerousDave w/ you. I'm thinking, that's EXACTLy the person you want to make certain that all safety protocols are followed. And, for an added measure of protection, you can get an ambulance on standby driven by DUI Doug.
I Have ridden for years but no way would i ride that stuff. Great job. I remember my first ride and i cleared a 30' skinny on my first try (2' off ground) and never rode one again after that.
I like that we get to hear his doubts when obstacles seem too big. As a person who just got into mountainbiking this is very relatable for me.
Great riding with you Alex!

Wow, the tech on this run is real. Great run and thanks so much for posting.

Guys u are so skilled!
🚲🚲🚲 two of my favorite TH-camr bikers , best and most daring too!!! Remy Metalier a close 3rd
That's so funny. The narrowest, steepest and woodiest trail and your mentor is "Dangerous Dave " 🤣🤣Well done, loved it 👏👏
I can almost smell the PNW forest! Thanks for the ride!
Two gnarly looking features in the teaser wasn't in the video?
Your vodeos inspired me to get a bike now I just need to scope out some good trails in S. Florida. We dont have mountains here unfortunately.
So happy that you came to ride in the Pacific Northwest.
Great video, I watch DD all the time but don't appreciate just how difficult these trails are until you see some one like yourself, who can ride bit, take on the same trails and not be able to ride like Dave.
Wow this place is insane! You smashed it 👏🏼
Fair play Alex. Proper straight into it!

As a north shore local, I find it quite funny watching videos other people riding here
same lol
Wow! Scary and amazing at the same time! Good job! ❤
Love you're videos dude I've got a pivot switchblade 2023 just got back at my riding
Some of that stuff actually looks like cliffs rather than a hill.Enjoying the tech stuff though. 👍🤙
dangerous dave's bike is nothing less than an extension of his body!
It's so amusing that you can send the stuff on Tour De Gnar but are defeated by a plank of wood suspended a few feet from the ground! 😂
There was no floppy bridge like at the beginning... false advertisement. Still 11/10 video loved it lol
Hey can i know which cycle are you using?
It is funny because in the text it said out of my comfort zone and one of dangerous Dave titles is out of my comfort zones
sick video man!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

What gloves do you use? The red ones in particular. Thanks
This is amazing
Take my like brave man you got balls of steel
It would be pretty easy to identify the root cause of any accidents on this course, wouldn’t it.
Yes I would ride this to sharpen my skills
And that's how bike driving license would look like in gta sa if it did exist
Can I get the trail name/names please
This is Mount Fromme in North Vancouver. First trail was Upper Oilcan, 2nd trail was Ladies Only.
@@therealridedmc it was oilcan? I thought it might have been pipeline
I want to try once 😢
Skinnies are my worst nightmare!
this is a badass video!!!! love it!
So many ways to hurt yourself every minute! 👍
My problem with this is: I would ride it. And I would die doing so. Just the type of stupid I am.
