The Marvellous Living Fan (1904) Georges Méliès

In this early silent film a group of people arrive on screen with a king. As he takes a seat a conjurer as a large box brought in and when opened a large fan is unfolded. The fan blades change into people and then they change into other people. This film was released in France in 1904 under the name, "Le merveilleux éventail vivant," and directed by Georges Méliès.
